Natura and ARBORCOAT, Benjamin Moore's new product lines, give you an environmentally friendly option without sacrificing or compromising performance.

Natura interior waterborne paints and ARBORCOAT exterior waterborne stains provide a durable, washable and fade-resistant finish.  Both product lines are powered by the patented Gennex waterborne colorant technology. It is a system that not only has yielded award-winning low and zero VOC interior paints, but has dispelled every argument that performance is sacrificed or compromised by "going green", In divining the new Gennex formulations, Benjamin Moore has defined a new generation of paint, creating unparalleled, ultimate performance coatings.

ARBORCOAT Exterior Waterborne Stains

Benjamin Moore's newest is ARBORCOAT. ARBORCOAT stains repel damaging UV rays and prevent unseemly scuffing and the wear of high-traffic areas. They are water repellent, mildew resistant, and even after tinting, they are low VOC. There are five finishes available; Transparent and Semi Transparent are ideal for allowing the natural color and texture of the wood to show through, while still offering exceptional protection. The Protective Clear Coating must be used over these, and it is recommended that it be applied annually; It can also be used on its own. For those wanting to completely  mask the wood grain but retain the texture, there is a choice between the Semi Solid or Solid finishes, available in 75 popular colors.

Natura Interior Waterborne Paint

Benjamin Moore's Natura paint is a virtually odorless, fast drying eco-friendly option. It is fully washable and has no VOC's, even after tinting; the perfect choice for painting around children, expecting mothers, or pets. It is backed by Benjamin Moore's Green Promise and is available in a primer and three sheens: flat, eggshell, and semigloss.

  • How do different colors make you feel?

Green, blue, and violet are generally considered cool colors, while red, orange, and yellow are regarded as warm colors. Cool colors recede, while warm colors advance. Cool colors lend an air of tranquility to a room, while warm colors enhance a space with energy.
